Finger lock, hand jam, thin hand, fist, butterfly, arm bar, chicken wings, off-width… These terms, increasing in width, describe the various body positions we adopt as we wedge ourselves into cracks, using every limb to maintain our grip and progress in climbing.

We invite you to dedicate a long weekend to discovering crack climbing techniques. We will utilize every part of our body — hands, feet, knees, elbows, and back — to tackle the challenges of this captivating climbing style. We’ll start trusting our reliable friends and nuts, and with the valuable insights from our alpine guides, every secret will be unveiled!

Over three days in the stunning Valle dell’Orco, we’ll tackle multi-pitch routes, perfect for those with a required grade of 5c / 6a. This stage is ideal for those who already practice sport climbing and want to venture into the world of crack climbing and traditional protection (Trad). Join us for an unforgettable experience!
