Sarca Valley Limarò gorges “italiani popolo ingovernabile” route
Approach: Similar to the "diedro maestri," park after the bridge crossing the Sarca, just after the first bend near the bus stop. Cross the bend, go over a barrier, and enter the dirt road that will lead you to the Sarca River at the entrance of the Limarò Canyon. From there, cross a cable placed to avoid getting wet, and while traversing the cables installed to protect against floods, cross the Sarca at the end of the cables. Ten meters to the left, you will find the name at the base of the "Via trad," approximately a hundred meters long, equipped with a few bolts for belays, the last one on a tree. Maximum difficulty: 6+.
Climb a crack up to a small overhang with one bolt. From there, pass a small slab and then take a dihedral that slightly slopes to the left and is protectable. L1: 25m,6a+ belay on pitons . From there, climb a dihedral that turns into a crack after 6-7m, and at the end, traverse right on a slab, pass an overhang, and reach L2: 20m, 5b, belay on pitons. From there, go straight to a piton after 5m, climb another 4-5m, then traverse left to a piton at the base of a dihedral crack where you might need to place gear with friends. From there, climb straight up the small crack with two pitons, traverse left on a smooth slab, and ascend diagonally towards a tree. L3: 30m, tree 6a+. From there, pass the tree, climb the slab, angling from right to left, and once at the top, turn right to a thin little tree, where the first rappel will be made. The second double rappel will be from the second belay. Bring two 50m ropes, a set of friends up to blue, a set of totem , double micros up to violet, and a set of offset nuts.
